I absolutely fell in love with this hotel! The rooms were spectacular with post and beam ceilings, giving them a unique and welcoming feel that you don't find everywhere. The service was a bit rough at first but ended up being wonderfully competent and pleasant, making our stay truly special. The location in Mestre was just fantastic, offering a peaceful and green environment with easy access to Venice via tram and bus. The dining experience was outstanding, especially in the beautiful dining room with 16th-century frescos. Simply put, an incredible stay with a few minor areas that could be improved.
